Property Management Package
This Annual Service ensures that your interests as a property owner are safe guarded. We take care of your rental properties (both residential and commercial) to ensure maintenance of your properties and provide you with peace of mind.
Services Offered
- Collect monthly rent from tenants
- Deposit into your back accounts
- Ongoing Maintenance of the property: We will identify, validate and handle any repairs to maintain your property. For minor work (less than $200), we will complete the work. For major repairs and maintenance (exceeding $200) we will send you the quotation and will take up the work after written approval from client and payment.
- Assist in securing bank loans for the property: Details about the loans offered by various Banks & Financial institutions shall be provided with the information about the difference in rate of interest, the procedures involved in obtaining the loan. We will also assist in coordinating and securing the loan for you.
- Monthly Reports: We will be producing monthly updates on the status of your property including rental details, any legal, maintenance, tenant issues and bills related to property to safeguard your interests. Note: PinnacleGreenHomes Developers will make reasonable efforts to make errant tenants pay up on time, but shall not be responsible for non-payment by any tenant. We will report to you immediately for follow up actions.

Sell Properties
We will assist you in the Selling process and will scout for buyers as per your requirements.
Find Tenants
We can find tenants on a rental or lease basis for a period mutually agreed between you and the tenant.
Buy Properties
Provide advice on local market, help with mortgages, check property for repairs (prior to purchase), etc.
Property Taxes
This is the tax levied on the property by the local authority such as the village, the county or the city. We can:
- Advice on potential reduction in property taxes
- Refer relevant professionals to help with the reduction
- Pay property taxes on your behalf (once we receive the check from you)
Home Insurance
Home Insurance Premium will depend on the amount of coverage required, perceived value of your asset, age of building etc. We will recommend an appropriate plan based on these requirements. We can pay on your behalf in your absence.
Eviction Services
For non-paying tenants, we can assist you in the eviction of the tenant with the assistance of attorney.
